Release of eHLbc's Year in Review for 2016

eHLbc's annual report, the 2016 Year in Review, was released today and is now available on the website.  The report highlights several of eHLbc's main achievements and activities over the past year, notably the consortium's celebration of its 10th anniversary and the launch of its strategic planning process to set priorities for the next five years.  Happy reading!
