OVID - Firewall and Proxy Changes Required

Ovid has announced updates that must be enabled within your proxy servers or firewalls by January 1, 2018 to ensure uninterrupted access.

Option 1 (Recommended): Please add exceptions to your proxy servers or firewalls for the following new URLs using wildcards to accomodate current and upcoming content updates: 

• *.ovid.com
• *.jbisumari.org
• *.wolterskluwer.com
• All necessary URLS both new & old: http://www.ovid.com/site/support/tech_support.jsp#tabs6

Option 2: If you are constrained by stringent proxy/firewall rules and are unable to add the new URLs above using wildcards, you can instead add the specific exceptions below to your proxy servers or firewalls. But you may need to make future changes to your network configuration as Ovid releases new features:

• oce.ovid.com
• insights.ovid.com
• auth.jbisumari.org
• sumari-prod-1.srv.jbisumari.org
• login.wolterskluwer.com
