Health Authority Tiers
The Health Sector division of licensing costs is based on the BC Ministry of Health's allocation of the global health care budget.
These percentages are in effect for products licensed from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022.

Current academic FTEs are in effect for products licensed from September 1, 2019 to the release of the 2020 budget letters.
These FTEs are taken from the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Training's budget letters.
Tier 1A: Colleges with Two-Year Programs, up to 2,000 FTE
Tier 1B: Colleges with Two-Year Programs, 2,001 - 4,000 FTE
Tier 1C: Colleges with Two-Year Programs, 4,001+ FTE
Tier 2: Regional Universities & Institutes
Tier 3: Small Universities
Tier 4: Medium Universities
Tier 5: Large Universities

Government and Professional Health Organizations Tiers
Government and professional health organizations self-report their FTEs and headcounts every four years, prior to the Core Suite renewal.
These FTEs and headcounts are in effect for products licensed from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2022.
