Resources for Administrators
As a member of e-HLbc you must, after initial training, be able to administrate the basics of your vendor administration modules and provide a workable level of technical support and troubleshooting to your patrons. Types of Administrative & Technical Training Resources:
- Basic (Mandatory) - Administer the authentication & security of the e-HLbc licensed resources (EG. Update your IP addresses).
- Intermediate (Recommended) - Customise your resources (EG. Custom search interfaces; Branding; Reports & Statistics).
- Advanced (Optional) - Provide patrons with seamless inter-operability of the resources (EG. Linkresolvers; Title Collections; RSS; A-to-Z journal look-ups).
