The Electronic Health Library of BC provides the academic and health care community of British Columbia with easy access to online health library resources. The purpose of the e-HLbc is to support and improve practice, education, and research in the health sciences.

Member organizations include all publicly funded BC post-secondary institutions providing health education, the BC Ministry of Advanced Education, the BC Ministry of Health, the BC Ministry of Children and Family Development, all BC Health Authorities, and the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.

    Lisa Dennis, EBSCO Training Specialist, will be giving two workshops, one in Vancouver and one in Victoria, to e-HLbc member institutions on e-HLbc's Core Suite EBSCO resources (CINAHL, MEDLINE, PsycARTICLES, PsycINFO, etc.).  Refreshments will be provided for those attending in person.

    e-HLbc is pleased to announce that pricing is now available for three American Psychiatric Publishing (APP) products: DSM-5 Library, PsychiatryOnline Core, and PsychiatryOnline Premium.  APP is a leading publisher of books and journals on psychiatry, mental health, and behavioural science.  DSM-5 / PsychiatryOnline is a national license negotiated by e-HLbc and the Ontario Council of University Libraries (OCUL) on behalf of Consortia Canada.
